After taking some (or a lot of) time to savor your engagement, it’s time to start planning.

Great food wasan’t always a requirement for weddings. Believe it or not, wedding food was just food, something to be checked off the list. People didn’t care that it wasn’t great, or even good. Wedding food wasn’t memorable, it served a purpose, to feed people. Now, food is a must! While some couples are incorporating the latest food trends into their wedding, others are sticking to tradition, a tasty version of traditional food.

We’ve encountered all kinds of brides. Those who have no idea what caterers are or what they’re capable of, those who know what we’re capable of and yet, want to stretch the limits, and a lot of in-betweeners. Most brides have an idea of the type of food they want at their wedding, some know exactly what they want and few have no idea where to start. Hopefully, we can help guide everyone, through the maze of catering.

The Accidental Bride - Has no idea what she wants or where to start

Hi there! So, this proposal either came out of left field or you’re like me and didn’t mentally start planning yout wedding until AFTER the engagement. While caterers love freedom to be creative, we do need some guidance from you. Whether’s it’s an overall budget, a per-person budget, or a certain number of appetizers, sides, salads, and entrees, giving us an idea of what you’d like, helps us better fulfill that need.

Overall:

Service - If you can think of it, we can most likely make it happen. Be specific about your needs and make sure to communicate them early, if 'we’re unable to fulfill them, we’ll let you know ASAP.

Food - while some caterers are limited in what they can do, we are not. Our talented chefs can create most types of cuisines. We don’t want to limit you to Italian, Mexican or American. We can add some Caribean, Asian and even French to your affair. If you don’t see it on our menu, let’s talk it out and create something.

Cost - Know that caterers can do almost anything when it comes to food and drinks, but keep in mind that things come at a cost. Caterer’s generally provide the food and in most cases, the items on which they are served. Most caterers do not provide dishes to serve the food, utensils, linen, or other items necessary for your event. Be realistic about your budget. Know that you can’t serve steak on a potatoes budget. Or that the pprice per person cost does not include tax or service charge.
